House Project

Sera Jey Buddhist Culture Center is dedicated to the preservation and fostering of Tibet's living cultural and spiritual tradition. The Center functions as an official branch of Sera Jey Monastic University of India in the United States. The Center provides a wide range of spiritual and cultural program to the United States' largest Tibetan community in greater New York area and to the general public for free of charge.

For the last three years, the Center organizes and provides its program at private home, Public Park, board member's apartment and even at Mc Donald restaurants. For larger events, the Center needs to rent a larger space for such occasion. As of June 2012, the Center has been renting a house in Queens, New York. The Center provides all its regular programs at this location. However, this space is not big enough for larger events. The size of the Center's community is growing and so as their needs.  We are hoping and planning to buy a larger house in New York area. We need your support and help to fulfill our goal. If you are interested to support our House project, please contact us. Thank you very much for your interest and support.
